Hello 201!
For those who have done well for the quiz, keep it up! For those who didn't do so well, don't be disheartened...that was just a rehearsal for the upcoming performance (the REAL quiz), which I believe that you all can score well in (:
So don't just look at your score and think 'So what? I know I can never do well in biology...' because there is no such thing!
Each time you make a mistake, don't get depressed...just laugh at it and most importantly, learn from it!
I know biology is a 'full of cheem words that are difficult to memorise' subject...but you'll get used to it, and you all have the potential to excel in it!
I've decided to postpone it till the Tue when I'm back, just before CNY. We'll have another practice quiz in class instead if there's sufficient time!
Study tips:
- memorise the key phrases BUT do not memorise without understanding, if not you won't be able to apply the concepts
- test yourself by reading and answering all the learning outcomes on the first page of the notes
Remember that 'A man can fail many times, but he isn't a failure till he gives up.'
I promise that I'll go stock up on stickers (:
Oh and be nice to your teacher next week :D Do continue to be an enthusiastic and fun-loving class!
